Cardpocalypse

This project was developed by a team of five dedicated college students for our Traditional Games course. We’re proud of what we created, and we hope you enjoy the experience.

Build your deck by day. Survive the night.

Explore a hostile world in search of powerful cards, then use them to construct defenses before darkness falls. Each night brings relentless waves of enemies, pushing your strategy, positioning, and resource management to the limit.

Every run is different. Discover new cards, adapt your build, and choose upgrades that shape your playstyle.

What players will do:

• Choose powerful cards to shape your strategy
• Select permanent module upgrades that change how you play
• Explore procedurally generated environments in search of cards and cover
• Place defenses and structures to prepare for incoming threats
• Strategize carefully to manage resources and positioning
• Fight off waves of enemies during intense night phases
• Adapt your build on the fly as each run presents new challenges
• Survive as long as possible against escalating difficulty
